Recruitment information
When you apply, we ask for your full name, Pakistan phone number, one PDF résumé, and your consent to recruitment processing. Email is optional. You may also choose how you heard about us; if you select Referral, we ask for the referring person’s name. We do not ask for your age or date of birth.
We use this information to consider your application and communicate with you about recruitment. We include your consent wording, its version, and the submission timestamp with the application. If you supply an email address, we send a simple receipt email.
Business inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message. Organization is optional. We use that information to understand and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information or job-application documents in an inquiry.
Where applications go
Applications and inquiries are delivered to our existing Microsoft 365 email destination. The website does not maintain an applicant database or a résumé archive. Files are temporarily processed on the hosting server in a restricted folder and removed after processing. Microsoft 365 processes the email delivery, including necessary drafts, attachments, sent messages, queues and mailbox copies. Delivered messages remain in company mailboxes under our retention practices. Removing a message may leave recoverable or provider-managed copies for a further period under Microsoft 365 settings.
Namecheap provides website hosting. Microsoft 365 handles all email processing. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-spam verification. It processes technical browser and network signals to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Our analytics provider is Umami Cloud, with data hosted in its US (Oregon) region. These providers may process information outside Pakistan.
Application retention
Hologica Tech retains unsuccessful applications for 12 months after the hiring decision, then removes them under its mailbox cleanup process. This is measured from the decision, not from the date the form was submitted.
Applications without a hiring decision and business inquiries are kept for 12 months after the last relevant contact. Successful candidates’ employment records are handled under a separate employment-record retention policy. These periods describe our company policy. A designated mailbox owner is responsible for applying them; deletion is not automatic merely because an email has reached a particular age. Microsoft recovery and retention settings may keep additional copies for a further period.
Security and anti-spam
The forms use server-side validation, upload checks, and anti-spam verification. The website keeps short-lived submission references, timestamps, processing status, and keyed security identifiers for up to seven days to prevent abuse and duplicates. Those records do not contain application fields or PDF contents. Hosting providers may also process standard access and security logs. Temporary upload files are removed after processing, with a scheduled cleanup for stale files. Hosting backups may retain copies captured during processing until those backups expire under the provider’s retention arrangements. Removing a temporary file from the live server does not guarantee immediate removal from provider backups. Backup copies are used for recovery, not as an applicant database. Résumés are not submitted to a public file-scanning service.
Questions and requests
Contact careers@hologicatech.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of recruitment consent. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements when responding. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed.
Analytics and cookies
We use Umami Cloud Hobby, with six-month analytics retention. The integration does not use analytics cookies. It counts visits to known website pages, referring website origins, Careers visits, and application submissions accepted by the backend. Analytics requests necessarily expose technical connection information such as IP address and browser headers to the provider. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, referral names, résumé contents, form-field values, URL query strings, or fragments in analytics events. Session recording, heatmaps and user identification are not enabled. The integration honors supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
